Ms. Surge has been active in the Real Estate and Title Industries since 1998 and believes strongly in the value of owning real property, both financially and from the perspective of pride. Beyond having over 25-years experience in the business, Ms. Surge is also certified in Financial & Business Management by Cornell University, is a long time Anne Arundel County, Maryland resident, mother to an enterprising pre-teen and two rambunctious Frenchies, a youth team volleyball coach, partner to a local Lender Branch Manager, and an avid supporter of many area clubs and charities.
